บล.ทิสโก้เปิด 3 คาดการณ์ ยูเครน - รัสเซีย ชี้มีแนวโน้มเข้าโหมดปกติมากสุด คาดหุ้นไทยแกว่งตัว 1,660 - 1,700 จุด

บล.ทิสโก้เปิด 3 คาดการณ์ สงครามยูเครน - รัสเซียกระทบหุ้นไทย ชี้กรณีปกติ SET แกว่งตัวในกรอบ 1,660 - 1,700 จุด แนะใช้กลยุทธ์เลือกซื้อหุ้นรายตัว ในกลุ่มหุ้นขนาดใหญ่พื้นฐานดี และหุ้นที่งบไตรมาส 4/2564 ออกมาสวยมีโอกาสปรับประมาณการกำไรขึ้น

นายอภิชาติ ผู้บรรเจิดกุล ผู้อำนวยการอาวุโส สายงานวิเคราะห์เชิงกลยุทธ์ บริษัทหลักทรัพย์ ทิสโก้ จำกัด (Mr. Apichat Poobunjirdkul, Senior Strategist, TISCO Securities Co., Ltd) กล่าวว่า สำหรับผลกระทบกรณียูเครน และรัสเซียต่อหุ้นไทย (SET Index) นั้น บล.ทิสโก้ประเมินออกเป็น 3 กรณี คือ 1. กรณีสถานการณ์ปกติ ซึ่งมีโอกาสเกิดขึ้น 60% คือ สถานการณ์ยูเครน - รัสเซียยังคงอึมครึมต่อไปอีกเป็นเดือน โดยจะเห็นการประกาศคว่ำบาตรรัสเซียและความพยายามในการหารือร่วมกัน คาดจะใช้เวลาเป็นเดือน แต่ในที่สุดจะหาทางออกร่วมกันได้ คาดดัชนีหุ้นไทยจะเคลื่อนไหวผันผวนในกรอบ 1,660 - 1,700 จุด โดยจะผันแปรไปตามกระแสข่าวของสถานการณ์ยูเครน - รัสเซีย

2.กรณีสถานการณ์ดี ซึ่งมีโอกาสเกิดขึ้น 30% คือ รัสเซียและชาติตะวันตกสามารถใช้การเจรจาหาข้อยุติได้ร่วมกันเร็วด้วยวิธีทางการทูต ไม่บานปลายเป็นสงครามข้ามชาติ คาดหุ้นไทยเคลื่อนไหวทะลุ 1,700 จุดอีกครั้ง และมีโอกาสจะขึ้นทดสอบ 1,720 - 1,730 จุด และ 1,750 จุด ตามลำดับ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งหากกระแสเงินทุนต่างชาติยังไหลเข้าต่อเนื่อง และ 3. กรณีสถานการณ์รุนแรง ซึ่งมีโอกาสเกิดขึ้น 10% คือ รัสเซียโจมตียูเครนเต็มรูปแบบ และ NATO กระโดดเข้าร่วมวงด้วย จนกลายเป็นสงครามของชาติมหาอำนาจคาดดัชนีหุ้นไทยมีโอกาสเคลื่อนไหวต่ำกว่าระดับ 1,660 จุด อาจลงทดสอบบริเวณ 1,630 - 1,640 จุด เพื่อตั้งหลักใหม่

อย่างไรก็ตาม บล.ทิสโก้เชื่อว่า ตลาดหุ้นไทยจะมีทิศทางปรับขึ้นดีกว่าหุ้นโลก (Outperform) เนื่องจากไทยได้รับผลกระทบจำกัดจากสถานการณ์ตึงเครียดยูเครน - รัสเซีย จาก 2 ปัจจัย คือ 1. รัสเซียมีมูลค่าการค้า ทั้งการส่งออกและนำเข้าในปีที่แล้ว คิดเป็นสัดส่วนเพียง 0.52% ของมูลค่าการค้ารวมของไทย ขณะที่จำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวจากรัสเซีย คิดเป็นสัดส่วน 3.7% ของจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวต่างชาติทั้งหมดของไทยในปี 2562 เพื่อลดการบิดเบือนของตัวเลขจากผลกระทบการระบาด COVID-19 และ 2. ราคาน้ำมันในตลาดโลกที่ตอบสนองด้วยการปรับตัวสูงขึ้นแตะระดับสูงสุดในรอบมากกว่า 7 ปีจากความกังวลดังกล่าว ส่งผลดีต่อหุ้นกลุ่มพลังงานและหุ้นที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งไทยมีน้ำหนักในหุ้นกลุ่มนี้ค่อนข้างสูง ช่วยพยุงตลาดไม่ปรับตัวลงมาก

ด้านตัวเลขเงินเฟ้อสหรัฐฯ ของเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ที่จะเปิดเผยในวันที่ 10 มีนาคม นี้ คาดว่า จะยังขยายตัวสูงกว่าระดับ 7% ต่อเนื่องเป็นเดือนที่ 3 จะกดดันให้ธนาคารกลางสหรัฐฯ (FED) ต้องเร่งถอนนโยบายการเงินที่ผ่อนคลายในไม่ช้า โดยตลาดขณะนี้คาดว่า FED จะเริ่มปรับขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ยครั้งแรก 25 bps ในการประชุมเดือน มีนาคม และจะทยอยปรับขึ้นอัตราดอกเบี้ยต่อเนื่องอีก 5 ครั้ง ๆ ละ 25 bps ในการประชุม FED ที่เหลือของปีนี้

ถึงแม้บล.ทิสโก้เชื่อว่า ตลาดได้ซึมซับแนวโน้มการขึ้นดอกเบี้ยของ FED ไปมากพอสมควรแล้ว สังเกตได้จากอัตราผลตอบแทนพันธบัตรสหรัฐฯ อายุ 10 ปีที่ปรับตัวขึ้นมาใกล้เคียงระดับ 2% แต่ความกังวลเงินเฟ้อที่ยังพุ่งขึ้นอยู่ ท่ามกลางราคาน้ำมันและสินค้าโภคภัณฑ์ที่ปรับตัวขึ้น คาดจะสร้างความผันผวนแก่ตลาดเป็นระยะตลอดช่วงครึ่งแรกของปีนี้ จนกว่าจะเห็นสัญญาณการชะลอตัวของเงินเฟ้อที่คาดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นในช่วงครึ่งปีหลัง
