นอกจากการลงทุนในประเทศไทยแล้ว FPIT ยังใช้ประสบการณ์ที่มีเพื่อลงทุนในต่างประเทศ โดยเริ่มต้นตั้งแต่ปี 58 ที่บริษัทได้เริ่มเข้าไปลงทุนในธุรกิจพัฒนาคลังสินค้าสำหรับเช่าในประเทศอินโดนีเซีย ปัจจุบันมีพื้นที่ให้บริการรวมกว่า 150,000 ตารางเมตร และล่าสุดเมื่อปีที่ผ่านมา FPIT ได้ขยายการลงทุนในธุรกิจอสังหาฯเพื่ออุตสาหกรรม ที่เมืองบินห์เยือง ประเทศเวียดนาม ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับจากกลุ่มลูกค้าอย่างท่วมท้น จึงเตรียมเดินหน้าเปิดโครงการเฟส 2 เพิ่มเติมอีก 70,000 ตารางเมตร ทำให้บริษัทมีพื้นที่เช่าให้บริการในประเทศเวียดนามรวมทั้งสิ้นกว่า 100,000 ตารางเมตร
